I have a Troy Bilt Super Bronco Riding Mower (Model 13BX60TG766). I replaced the deck belt with a new deck belt (954-40445). I have reattached the PTO cable, but there seems to be too much slack in the cable to fully engage the blades, which were also replaced). I'm not sure I have the idle spring at the end of the PTO cable in the right place,. When the PTO cable is disengaged there is nothing that the idle spring is attahed to. Where should the hook at the end of the idle spring be attached?
