I'm working on an idea and I need to know the temperature of the exhaust from the average snow blower

There is no 'average temperature'.

Engine exhaust is several hundred degrees, and every engine is going to be different.

There is no published spec on any exhaust temperature. The only way to find out is to physically measure it.

Customer replied 339 days and 3 hours ago.

I need more specific info on the average exhaust heat. Maybe the approximate temperature

The only way to know that is to physically measure the temperature.
If i had to make a guess, I would say anywhere from 300 - 500 degrees.

You are not going to find this information anywhere.

Customer replied 339 days and 3 hours ago.

My idea depends on the temperature of the exhaust. I must know what that is. Can you somehow find out the answer? I'll be working with various size snow blowers.

I have no way of doing this.

The only way to know the actual, or even average, exhaust temperatures, is to physically measure them.

I can not even do that, as I don't live in the snow belt.

Who can I contact to find out that answer ?

Picture
Expert:  Hank F. replied 339 days and 3 hours ago.

I do not know of anyone who is going to have that information - not even the manufacturers will know that.

If you really need it, the ONLY way you are going to get it, is to grab a thermometer, and get to as many snow blowers as you can, fire them up, and measure the temps.

Customer replied 339 days and 3 hours ago.

Do you think I could contact a company like Toro and if so how ?
