Customer Question

I have a toro lawnmower with briggs engine. In general, how do i keep the bowl from continuing to overflow. I changed the gasket on bowl, needle and seat with new ones but still continues. Is there a special way to install the red seat

You can take the bowl off and raise the float up by hand and see if it is shutting off the fuel. If you had the carb off and upside down the float should sit level with the base for the bowl. If float level is to high it will leak fuel. Also floats do go bad and will sink and not float anymore and will not shut off the fuel. Hope this helps diagnose your problem.
