How do you adjust the valves on a 757 john deere 25 hp and what are the specs.
Optional Information: Make: john deere Model: 757 Already Tried: have it on top dead center,do you adjust both valves or turn the flywheel 360 degrees and one at a time?

Welcome to JUST ANSWER small engines, let me try to help you !!Valves set at .006 in. , you can set both if the piston is at TDC on the compression stroke. or set the one opposite the down valve , rotate till they switch and set the other. Does not really matter.
