Just bought a Homelite 3100 psi pressure washer UT80432 from

Resolved Question:

Just bought a Homelite 3100 psi pressure washer UT80432 from Home Depot. Not getting full pressure when running. Water also shooting out to side from hole at bottom near connection for high pressure hose to trigger. Not easy to see in operator's manual but may be where injection hose fitting should be. No fitting - just open hole with excess water shooting out as soon as water hose is connected or washer is started. Am I missing a part?

Hello my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will try to help you with this issue.

Two things: First it sounds like you are correct that the soap pick up is missing, this may be poor assembly or it could have gotten broken off.

Second: my advice is to take it back immediately (inconvenient I know) but they will generally replace things when returned quickly, if you wait a while they might insist that it get fixed and then you are out a washer for who know how long. Plus if it has been dropped/broken you DO NOT want it. somehow they always seem to fail 3 minutes out of wtty.
