The arrow always faces the exhaust.
That may not be the problem. Did you get the cam timing correct?
The 200 and 220 time the same so that diagram should work for you.
If you have compression coming back through the intake, the timing may be off.
Check it out and let me know what you find out.
the timing is correct, the arrow is facing towards the exaust. i dont know what else to try.
Do you have a compression gauge? If so, see what your compression numbers are. It would also be a good idea to do a leakdown test. That finds any problems with rings or valves.
