Page 48 of the manual has the wiring schematic that will help us troubleshoot.
Here it is edited and rotated for ease of use.

The most likely culprit is the Operator Presence switch.
The switch is located under the seat - and if it is not engaged - the tractor will kill.

A quick check would be to engage the blades while the brake is applied.
If it still dies - the seat switch is the likely culprit.

Part # XXXXX
Can bee seen/ordered HERE - or your local Murray dealer.

Look at the switch first - it may have the plunger broken, or it may be pushed down into the machine so the seat does not activate it.

If you need further - Just Ask.

Thanks!!

THE ENGINE DOSE NOT DIES IF THE BLADE IS APPLIED.ENGINE STALL WHEN BRAKE/CLUTCH PEDAL IN RELEASE IN GEAR ON NEUTRAL.

Right.
If the PTO engages with the brake/clutch pressed - the problem is not with the pto switch
And then when you let up on the clutch (blades still on) and the tractor DIES - that confirms the brake off switch is doing its job - leaving only the seat safety switch in that disable circuit.

Please inspect/change the seat switch.
