Adjusting the potentometers on the rear to high, still nothing.
It sounds as if your work or drive gear (or both) has failed.Crawl up on your trusty ladder and remove the motor shroud (#11 in the diagram)If you see white plastic shavings (or big chunks)... its from the gears & they should be changed. They are engineered to break (instead of your chain) - and typically DO when the door freezes to the concrete or there is an issue with tracking in the rail.CLICK HERE to see the replacement kit. Both gears aer included and should be replaced as a set. It comes with replacement bushings and seals.. etc. but you shouldnt need to replace them unless they seem worn.If you find the gears to be meshing - take a closer look at the worm gear while it is "running" to see if the motor shaft is spinning - but the gear is not.If you need further clarification - Just Ask.Thanks!Bluextc8940531.7877464931
