Walbro LMH 42 6-83 on a Tecumseh powered Miller Welder/generat

Customer Question

Walbro LMH 42 6-83 on a Tecumseh powered Miller Welder/generator. Good power at generator speed, accelerates strong and smooth to welding speed and then surges and slows but does not stall, then speeds up and runs good for 30 seconds or so. Fuel and fuel bowl are clean but fuel drops splash out of nozzel (venturi ?) and do not seem to vaporize like other carbs. will run smooth with choke mostly closed.
Is a new carb available ?

Thanks for your help

The bolt in the bottom of the carburetor is the main jet. It has holes in it. Make sure those holes are clean.
