My engine stops when i put it under load.
Either starting the cutter or engaging the transmission.

It runs well in idel and excelerayes smoothly as i excelerate in neutral.

Can you make a sugestion?

Pull the choke and see if you can keep it running. A clogged carburetor can fuel an engine with no load, but then the engine dies when power is taken off the crankshaft.
If you can keep it running, or delay the stall with the choke, the carburetor, or fuel supply is to blame.
