Can I replace the fusible link on my John Deere LA110 lawnmower

Resolved Question:

Can I replace the fusible link on my John Deere LA110 lawnmower? Is that part available at stores which carry John Deere lawn tractors?

Yes, John deere carries the repair kits which include the link, the wire connector and the shrink tube to do the job right.

However, it is usually quite obvious when a fusible link has burned. If yours is not I would suggest testing with a multimeter. They don't get blown that often.

It is much more likely to have battery cable issues. Be sure to check both ends of both cables.
