Grey Ghost, the only adjustment is the spring tension on the end of the throttle lever. Here is a link you can look at on line. I'm not sure you can get that much out of this adjustment. Good luck with it. http://www.tntgolfcar.com/yamparts.php?diagramid

Thank You. I found the adjustment nut. It wasn't the easiest thing to get to. I made a couple turns and test drove it. It is faster but your right I won't get 25 out of it. Thanks again
