can you read any part of them?
Do you know what year it was made
are their numbers on the engine?
it will be very hard to be able to identify the parts without some additional information.
If you look really hard, can you see any numbers on the belt itself.
I am working on this now. The engine shows that It was made in 1998 so the unit was made in 1998 or 1999. There is no exact match/
But 450F seems correct.
Is there a prefix before the 450F ???
Also, are there any other markings on the unit say on the hood or fenders
such as yard machine or 125-38 or anything?
MTD list a model 13AH450F022

that was made in 1998
It was marketed under the Retailer-Brand -- [Cotter & Company - 022, 722, 723]
What I would like you to do is go to this site
And in the search box enter just the 450f part of the model number.
Find the model number above and click on it.
Examine the unit pictures and see if it is exactly the same in the way that it is designed or close enough.
If so, then the listed drive belt is what you want..
Then go to the wheels and drive assembly and look at the parts breakdown. look at part 56 or 55
I think you are asking for part ref 56
If they are what you want then the parts are
You will want to order it from the web site because often they are half size or 3rd size belts and must fit exactly. MTD has enough trouble keeping them on without using 3rd party replacements.
