To set the valves you will need to remove the valve coversand spark plugs. You will then want to bring the cylinder that you are working on to TDC on the compression stroke. Both rockers loose. You will then adjust the clearances with the adjustment screw. The spec is .006" on the intake and .008" on the exhaust.
