Handwheel won't turn and needle will not go up and down on Janome 6500. Feed dogs do move.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: Sewed three sides of binding and when I mite red corner and began to sew again, problem started.
JA: What's the sewing machine's make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Janome 6500 not sure of age but I got it new about the time they were first sold.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: My husband will.
