I have 2 iRobot vacuums and both come up the error 5 Charge robot) It will not charge. What is wrong?

  2. Are you using the same charger for both units?

So neither one of the new batteries are charging on two different chargers?

2 different models of vacuum. New battery in only one.

It has to be a charger issue if the new battery is not charging or the vacuum itself is having issues. Do you have a meter to test the battery voltage?
