My new OralB electric toothbrush shut off after a couple of minutes the first time I used it. I thought it might have needed additional charging, so I tried it the next morning and it wouldn't even turn on. Where can I take it in the Ft. Lauderdale FL area to see what is wrong with it? B

It is likely that the charging base is faulty or a connection inside has come loose. I would start there.
