The best place to get the parts is: http://www.appliancepartspros.com/parts.html

Ok Michael. No, this is not my first time. As a matter of fact, I had just replace the spinner seal kit that rotates the spinning cycle about a month ago thru Just Answer. A week after that, I heard squeaking sound during wash cycle when the center spinner is at work which I never heard before. I'm thinking that might be the seal squeKing until this weekend when my wife started to wash a load n the floor got wet. So tell me, what kind of parts do I need from Appliancepartpros? Part no.?
Expert:  Michael replied 9 months ago.

Hi good morning,

In this case, I would replace the tub bearing and the seal to be sure as the seal doesn't come in contact with the bearing, they are very close but the dont hit normally. SO if the seal is hitting and leaking I woudl replace both once you have it apart. It would be a disheartening to replace only one of these parts and find that you still have the trouble.

When you call appliancepartspros, they will tell you exactly what you need by the model # of your machine;-)

Different suppliers use different #'s ;-)

Please call them and tell them you need the seal kit and the main tub berating and then you will be sure to solve the trouble.

Please rate kindly at this time so we dont lose you.

Thank you and have a great day!

Michael: got the parts. I'm having a tough time removing the old hub. I don't have much leverage pounding with a hammer when the tub is still in place. Is there a way we can remove the tub? Or u can't remove the tub while the hub is still in place? Pls. Advise.
Expert:  Michael replied 8 months ago.

Hi, I noticed you haven't rated my service as of yet, please do so at this time so I can work with you further;-)

To do this one you need to remove the tub from the machine, have you been able to get that out as of yet?

Thank you

I had already remove the inner metal tank, but there's still the black plastic tank in place that I wasn't able to remove. Maybe it's because of the hub. Should I be needing the Spanner wrench or it doesn't matter?
Expert:  Michael replied 8 months ago.

Hi its better and easier if you can picks up a spanner wrench.

Please remember to rate my service kindly at this time so we dont lose contact.

Thank you

Great! I have to order that Spanner wrench which means it's gonna be 3 days for shipping.
FYI: I had to used a back up wrench on the bottom as when u tried to spin ctrclckwise to remove the hub, the whole bottom spins with it too. I'm pounding my steal wrench with a hammer n still won't budge. That Spanner wrench I hope is made of steal, otherwise it would be of no use.
