This one has a known issue on some of the ones that are the same exact model.
It's unfortunately an electronic problem internal to the machine
But since yours is so new you can exchange that one for a brand new unit;-)
WHat you need to do is contact Hamilton Beach using the phone contact info in the user guide and on the warranty card for the fastest results.
They will offer you a repair, dont accept that!
Tell them you want a full replacement since it is so new and they will oblige ;-)
