Hi Mary,

Is there any suction to feel when its switched on?

If not, then there may be a blockage or the motor is failing.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
where wd the blockage be? I hv taken apart everything that looks like it comes apart.
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

Any blockage will be in the suction pipes.

If there is no blockage then it is likely that the motor has failed, and will need to be replaced.
