And when it does shut off ,your 100% sure that the outlet still has voltage to it correct?
If the outlet does have voltage it has to be an issue with in the electronic control board.

Here is the only parts break down that the manufacture shows on their site .
Items #16 are screw caps so you will need a small straight screwdriver to pop the caps off and item#15 are screws remove those screws and lift up on the rear of the unit the back to release the top from the front of the unit, and the control assembly item #2 is on the top assembly #1
