my Roomba 655 will not turn on. Green light is on, when I push the clean button she just says "Move Roomba to a new location, then press clean to restart". Will not start to clean.

That is a common error on the unit, wipe off the cliff sensors and try it, go to this link to see what I am talking about.

I had already cleaned the cliff sensors but did it again and it still gives the move Roomba message.

You may have a defective cliff sensor then and will need to replace them. Just make sure they are clean and try to remove the battery for 5 minutes and put it back in then try it.

Tried that and same thing. I don't think this help is worth $40 since I had already done these things in the first place. I would like my money back.
