model # ***** ***** will not suck up the fluids from my carpet, tried to get the clear pod off, but theres only 2 screws at the botomm, i have a dog and i havent used it since last year was cleaning my carpet, then realized the water was not suctioning from the carpet, im asumming its clogged with dog hair, dont no how to get it apart?
