I have a Pro heat2x shampoor. It is 7 years old. The rollers do not rotate. We just put on new belts but that did not help. Wondering if maybe we got tha belts on correctly.

Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
There is a small sensor switch, on the rear of the brush housing, that will shut Off the motor if it is not depressed when the housing is on.
This can happen when the brush housing is not quite on the machine right.
Try removing, and putting on, the bush housing again, with attention to that switch being depressed properly.

I did not find that sensor. Have no idea where else to look for it

Did you succeed in removing the brush housing?

Got the brushes off alright

Did you see any such switch, that would be pressed or depressed when the brush housing is in place ?
