Have you checked the outlet the mixer is plugged in to, to see if other items work when plugged in to that outlet?

Hello,
There can be a bad power cord, or wall outlet, or warn out brushes in the motor.
Plug something else into the outlet on the wall, if it runs then you know that the outlet is good. Next take a few pictures from different angles of the motor end of the mixer...I am looking for two round plugs oposite from each other near one end of the motor.
Atttach the pictures using the 'attach files' link at the bottom left of your reply box.
