did you buy this machine new ?
Hi Jason, it seems that you have a defective unit.
That should all be set up in time. It may have slipped a gear or an internal toothed belt, seen this happen before lol.
The best thing to do is to return the machine for an exchanger, they are usually excellent units but you somehow the timing was off and they did not catch this at the factory. Someone not doing their job.
Please also keep me in the loop so I can help further if you need me, if you rate my service as good or better before you close this page, the system will allow me to schedule free follow ups with you so we can remain in contact until the situation is rectified.
Thank you Jason:-)
