Hi Jason, it seems that you have a defective unit.
That should all be set up in time. It may have slipped a gear or an internal toothed belt, seen this happen before lol.
The best thing to do is to return the machine for an exchanger, they are usually excellent units but you somehow the timing was off and they did not catch this at the factory. Someone not doing their job.
