Have a Bissell Proheat pet upright cleaner. Will not pick up

Have a Bissell Proheat pet upright cleaner. Will not pick up water. What do I need to check. And how Thanks!
If unit is not picking up, chances are that it is likely the small red plastic filter that is just above the small float door in the top piece just left of the tool switch. Remove it and clean any debris out of it and it should have suction again.

All filters are clean. There is suction from the motor. I'm loosing it somewhere in the water tank area or front pickup/intake piece. Frustrating.
