I think I may have gotten water in my Kitchen Aide mixer motor. Now it only goes fast - it doesn't change speeds.

It will be on the bottom of the unit.

and how long ago did you get it wet ?

And when you set it for a low speed does it still run ,but just a a high speed or is it dead on a low setting?

I just got it wet earlier today

It runs fast on all speeds

It could just be an issue of it needing to dry out!

Are you able to set it in the sun or blow air from a fan on it ?

I just hate to have you take it apart if it just need to dry out .
