Hi, I am trying to install a magnet lock to our office door, I used a Siemens k42 keypad for access from out side and a exit button from inside, I connect all wires as it say in the instruction booklet, the magnet works, it holds the door however when I inter the code or press the exit button the door wouldn't open, In no1 I connect positive supply also connected to no 4, in no 2 I connect 0 supply also connected to magnet, in no 5 I connect the magnet, and exit button is connected to nos 6 and 9 ,When I inter the code or press the exit button the DOOR OPEN light come on on keypad, but the door does not open,
