my vitamix seems to have lost the slow end. even when starting it out all the way on the left (1) of the dial, it's going really fast. It seems to go the same speed up until about 6 and then will get faster. is there a way to fix this? it's done this before after a big batch of pesto, but then in the past it eventually regained the slow end. I know that sounds weird.When I call Vitamix, they want me to send the entire thing in for a rapair, but I would really hate to be without my Vitamix. I use it every day.
Already Tried: tried using a different blender container. I have the same problem with the 64 oz, the 32 oz and the 32 oz dry.
