My machine is making a very squeeky noise while it is sewing is there something I can do I have taken it to a shop and it stopped for a while but it is doing it again theresa XXXXXX

does it do this if you turn it by hand to move the needle up and down?

yes it squeeks when I move the needle up and down but not all the time and it sometimes quits when I go faster but not allways
you can try and remove the back and check the belt but chances are you need to take it into a local service and have it done along with having the gears relined inside since this is what causes the belt to get out of shape and need replaced anyhow and you have to get the belt at a local service shop anyhow ,, hope this helps and if you have further questions feel free to ask ,, thanks
