Hi, My kitchenaid standmixer was working great; but the "lock" wouldn't work, so my husband took apart the 2 screws on the side to try and fix it. Now the whole mixer doesn't work> Can you advise?thanks, chef kathy in AZ
We have tried to take out the same screws and put them back in.
