I have just opened a catering unit, the site is on a private car park, I do not have a street traders licence, but the e.v.h.have told me to close as I have no licence and am not more then 150 meters away from the next food outlet, are they allowed to do this? I live in inverness,scotland

However the narrative you now give states that you are trading from a private car park.
