can my husband move out of the marital home and move in his grown up daughter & grandchild
Thank you for your question.

Who owns the house and who currently occupies it?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
My husband is on the mortgage but both of us are on the deeds. He wants to move out (whilst we divorce) & move his 33 year old daughter & 15 year old grandson in, which I don't want. His daughter has her own home & is on benefits, is a drug & alcohol abuser. He wants to move her in to be awkward.
If you are a joint owner he can't move anyone in without your permission.
