Not sure if I'm at the right place but booked a holiday 6 days ago which I've since changed my mind about. I've not paid the full deposit and it wasn't due until the 31st August, however they're refusing to cancel and want approx £1000 to cancel. They say under scot laws no cooling off period is required. At no time during the booking were the terms and conditions explained or shown, also there was a ling on one of the forms which came up with a page not found error when we tried to check.
Optional Information: Province/Country relating to question : Scotland Already Tried: Speaking to the travel agent and manager who have both been very abrupt. Other travel agents we've spoken to have said we're under no obligation as the booking forms weren't signed and returned.
