Hi... I'm applying for confirmation on my late mother's estate. There is a property involved with no mortgage outstanding. Question: is it acceptable to use an Estate Agent's property valuation in the confirmation application?
Thank you. I'm still waiting on information relating to the value of my mothers life insurance and I then should be able to put a total value to her estate. Would you be able to offer guidance as to where these values are entered on the actual Confirmation application form? I've read the guidance notes and I'm confident that I can fill in the application: I would just like to make sure that it is correct before submission.
