Hi I have an american timeshare which was deeded. An agency in Majorca arranged for this to be transferred out of my name and it fell through. They broke to Contract we had with them and I am now £7000 out of pocket. Would you be ale to advise where to start trying to chase them for the money back.
Province/Country relating to question : Im in Scotland now
Tried to eamil them and they are ignoring me.
Thank you for your question.A breach of contract claim has to be pursued though the courts. However, which court will depend on what country has jurisdiction under the contract and you should check the terms of the contract. I doubt that Scotland will have jurisdiction in this instance.I hope this helps. Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.
