Province/Country relating to question : scotland perthshire
Thank you for your question. Can you tell me more about your circumstances? Are you unable to pay your debts as they fall due? Do you consider that you are generally in financial difficulty? Do you have assets? Do you have your own business, house etc?
not a business am just selfemployed but never done my tax return for 2 yrs now i have done t/r i have 3 years 2 pay which comes to£ 7. 7 no money to pay it. dont own my own house
You can try to make an instalment arrangement with the HMRC. If they don't accept that and you can't raise the finance then you could consider bankruptcy. You would have to think very carefully about this and ensure that it would not affect what you do for a living or affect your home. You can see more information about this and debt generally at www.aib.gov.ukI hope that this helps. Please press ACCEPT so that I am credited for my rime.
