2003 Vue - wife's car initially didn't want to start a few

Customer Question

2003 Vue - wife's car initially didn't want to start a few nights ago. Turned the key again and it started. Yesterday I pulled the battery and put it on my Craftsman charging system. Reinstalled battery and only got a clicking sound when turning the key. Connected battery pack to jump it (it was fully charged) and got the same result. During several more attempts the dash lights came on but it wouldn't turnover. Now none of lights come on when I turn the key. Even with a bad battery I should still be able to jump right - correct. Thought I'd ask you before I have it towed to a shop. Thanks. Dan
