The code P0451 in most cases sets due to a failing fuel tank pressure sensor. Are you able to do some testing to determine if in fact that is the case?

Okay before you replace any part you need to do the testing. I have enclosed the steps to do this in the link below.

The FTP is located on the top of the fuel tank and to access it you will need to lower the tank.
