My high beams/ brights won't turn off.
JA: Have you checked the bulbs and fuses?
Customer: I'm told it's an electrical draw from the wires, but it's definitely not the bulbs
JA: What is the model/year of your Saturn?
Customer: L200 2003
JA: Are you fixing your L200 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I would like to fix it myself, but I have no clue what to do.

Hello, my name is***** of the time if the lights will not turn off it is because of a bad relay. In most cases the relay fails and will not turn off. In some cases though it can be caused by the high beam switch or by the body control module. If you have a voltage meter I can run you through some tests to try and find the issue.
