You need to find out weather starter has ignition feed when this happens .do you have a voltmeter ?

no.voltmeter.have a code 443.when diagnostic checked....the car starts some times.when its in the mood

There are many thing that can prevent the starter from engaging. You could have a bad ignition switch, it could be a transmission range sensor related issue, it could be a security issue or the engine controller may not be awake due to an internal failure or a loss of power or ground to it.

At the time the starter does not engage do you hear the fuel pump run each time the key is turned on?
