It won't start. It does not turn over, but all dashboard lights flash, dome works and radio works.
JA: Have you checked the fuses? The dashboard bulbs?
Customer: No...could that be it.?
JA: What confuses you?
Customer: Nothing I will check the fuses...thank you
JA: What is the model/year of your Saturn?
Customer: 2007 vue hybrid
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: nothing...i would like to fix it myself

Customer: nope..that s it

Have you tried jump starting?

It could be a starter issue, as well as a security issue. Also could be a voltage drop problem in the battery cables to the starter.

Do you have a test light of volt meter?

Try jumping it first, only jump the starting battery, be careful not to touch any orange colored cables, those are the high voltage cables from the hybrid batteries.
