Question: What is the part number of the PSS module? Can a disable (jumper) the module so the light does not come on?
Expert:  Super mechanic replied 10 months ago.

Hello and welcome. My name is ***** ***** you for visiting the site.

You wouldn't' be able to bypass the seat sensor without disabling the airbag system. There have been some common issues with the PPS sensors on them.

Do you know what trouble codes are setting?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
No I do not know the trouble codes.

It seems that by hitting the seat it makes the light go out there is a definite issue with the PPS system or sensor.

Please allow me to post a link to a factory service bulletin on it, thanks
