Eric,The inlet hoses and outlet hoses I understand, but where does each attach to the engine? This is only half of the equation. If I don't know where they attach to the engine I am still only halfway there and still w/o heat.Tim

Ok, does yours have the heater water pump on the backside of the engine facing the firewall? Some of 2003 had them and some didnt as they deleted this feature due to issues with them

Both hoses that come out of the firewall go to the left side of the engine (drivers side of the traverse mounted engine). There is no pump, or attachment, on the back side (firewall side) of the engine.

I have looked thru all my manuals and none show where they connect at the engine and it has been awhile since I have replaced them on this engine to remember offhand where they connect. I am going to open this back up for other experts to help
