Tried to start my car didn't turn over, no sound nothing

Customer Question

Tried to start my car didn't turn over, no sound nothing tried to start again and it did but the clock had the wrong time on it like the battery had went dead.had a new battery put in started the next few times ok. Then I went to start again no sound nothing, kept trying went to take the key out and it was locked in the ignition would move in the ignition but wouldn't come out. There no dome lites, no headlights power seats would not move.
Took the cover off the battery put back on nothing appeared to be wrong. Went to start again and it did but clock was messed up again where there had been no power.
