Customer Question

I have a 2009 Vue which, until relatively recently, has given me excellent service. My distress has to do with my inability to extract the ignition key when shutting the engine down. I can explain further, but maybe this will ring a bell with you or somebody else experienced with this problem. Jim Moffet

HI,
I am sorry that you have not been helped yet. I just came online and saw your question.
I just want to make sure I am understanding correctly. The key turns to the off position fine but does not come out of the ignition lock cylinder easily, correct?
Or is it not turning back to the off position easily?
What has the dealer replaced in trying to correct this?
As much detail as you can provice will help greatly in diagnosing it
