2003 or 4 saturn vue wont start. I stopped and got gas may have stalled at the pump. When I tryed to leave the car would not start. Towed it home tested with meter result code said engine throthle body. Cleaned and serviced per Clilton handbook. The next morning with a full charged battery tested with meter again result was no codes found, but still would not start. Also checked all major fuses, none looked burnt.

Hello!Did you still need help?Does the engine crank over and not start or does it not crank over at all?Do you happen to have the code number in the computer by chance?
Thank you, and yes I still need help. The car cranks over good but will not start. No I dont have the computer code, but the result was the engine throtle body under GM parts from Chiltons manual.
Hello!Sorry for the delay!Do you know if the engine have spark when cranking it over? Are there any anti theft or security lights on or flashing on the dash with the key on?
Motor tested no compression. They found it to be very low on oil.
YUP! That will do it!
So now what do you think. That car always started. And i never had a problem with it. We have a friend who said he knew some one at a towing yard who might know what it is. He said it was low on oil and the engine was blown. I dont think so.Wouldnt there have been an indictor light or some thing to tell us the car was low on oil or check eingine light or some thing. Could they be wanting to soak us for some big money. Wouldnt u hear some thing if the enigine blew. THx
Hello! It all depends on how the engine goes or went bad. It can do this several different ways.IT could cause the oil light to come on if the engine oil or oil pressure was low.. but it is possible that there is something wrong with the oil light and or circuit preventing it from working.I would have them check engine compression to see if it is low. If so, this would indicate an engine mechanical issue.
They said the enigine had no compression. So it really could be blown.
Thats correct! Have them check the timing belt and do a cylinder leak down test to see where compression is leaking out of the cylinders.
