Hello I will help you with your question,

The fascia removal is below, there is a TSB about checking the connector to see if it is damaged so check it closely

Thank you. It is not clear to me where the inset drawing showing #1 is located. Also, I noticed many plastic grommets around the underside of the wheel well and on the underside of the bumper but it does not appear they need to be removed. Is that correct?

#1 is straight up on the rear corners of the fascia. You remove the fender liners, these 2 bolts and the 4 tie bar bolts with the clips then you can remove the outer corners from the brackets on the outer ends and remove the fascia with a helper.

Let me know how I can help

Thanks

That explanation helps. It would be great if you have a video. It looks like the plastic grommets I mentions will need to come out to remove the fender liners. Can they be removed without breaking them? There is a splash gaurd under the bumper. Will that come off with the bumper or does that require additional screws to be removed.

Sorry no one has posted a video I can find,

The plastic retainers are removed by pulling the center out and then the whole retainer comes out of the hole. The under cover needs to be removed first as well as the fender liners. Work from the front until you have enough room to get the bolts out and the fascia off the brackets. Once you take the center out of one fastener you will see how these work

Let me know how I can help

Thanks
