Here is Saturn Schematics
see below for testing

Use of a VOM is needed to test
The way it works:
Ignition On
Switch held in Up position
One wire will have 12 Volts +
One wire will have Ground -

Switch held in Down position
The wire that had 12 Volts + is now Ground -
The wire that was Ground - is now 12 Volts +

If Voltage or Ground checks good at motor, replace motor.
If Voltage or Ground does not check good:
Check Switch Voltage & Ground.
Check for broken wires at Door / Kick Panel Boot

In directions you gave, with Ignition On , where do you measure to see if there is 12 volts on one wire and ground on the other? Based on wiring diagram, with switch removed, have 12 volts at pin D in BRN 8-way plug, and I measure continuity between pins B & C in plug, ie. thru the motor. Does this mean that motor is good? Have not taken inside of door off to get to motor. Tried to check motor by putting a jumper between pins C & F and then connecting pins D & B, both in the BRN 8-way plug with the ignition on.. Had no effect... What does the Express Down Circuitry consist of? could that be problem?

testing would be done at the "2" wires on the Window Motor

REMOVE DOOR PANEL

That is part of the switch & no repair, except to replace switch

Please test at motor prior to replacing parts
